Essential Job Specification:
Ø Intermediate (Management) pass
Ø Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel etc..)
Ø Pleasant Personality
Ø Fluent and Clarity in communicating (speaking)
Ø Excellent telephone handling skill



Job Descriptions:

Ø Receive customer complaints related to service & forward to concerned.

Ø Maintain a track record of all complaints/queries & prepare reports related to the same.

Ø Improve customer satisfaction through implementation of various customer care system.

Ø Take feedback from customer after repairing of vehicle and forward to SM if any complain/issue and keep record.

Ø Take feedback from all customer within 72 hours of completion of job in case of major repair work.

Ø Inform customer regarding promotional activities like Service Campaign/Mega Campaign.

Ø Assign vehicle booking and inform SA/SE and security guard and keep records.

Ø Ensure proper cleanliness of Customer lounge.

Ø Ensure refreshments (tea/coffee/water/reading materials etc) are taken care for all workshop visiting customer                         

Ø Additional work assigned by immediate Manager/Management.

Ø Coordinate in organizing service promotion activities like Service campaign, Mega Campaign & Customer meet.
